DESCRIPTION:Who says your best reading buddy has to be human? Join us for Paws and Pages\, where children in grades K–6 can spend one-on-one time reading to certified therapy dogs. It’s a wonderful way to build confidence\, strengthen reading skills\, and create positive reading experiences. Join us on Tuesday\, September 8\, from 3:30–5:00 PM. Each child will enjoy a 15-minute reading session with a certified therapy dog from the Little Black Dog Therapy Team.Registration is required. Call 812-849-2412 or stop by Mitchell Community Public Library to reserve your child’s reading time. Spots are limited\, so register early!
